Join Gentle Beasts of Copenhagen, an outdoor movement training practice by Sebastian Grubb. Designed for movers and dancers of many kinds, these sessions use solo and partner exercises to combine strength, mobility, coordination, and primal movement in a supportive community setting. You will develop meaningful strength that integrates the whole body, while encountering play-based and contact-based exercises that activate your natural athleticism. Held outdoors in Hans Tavsens Park, Copenhagen. Anyone with a movement or dance practice is invited to join. All levels welcome.
