Join us for a powerful evening of reflection and dialogue as we honour the legacy of Justice Murray Sinclair (Mazina Giizhik), whose pivotal contributions to truth, reconciliation, and justice continue to inspire and guide meaningful change.
This event is hosted by the University of the Fraser Valley’s Xwexwílmexwawt and Peace and Reconciliation Centre (PARC), featuring distinguished guests from diverse sectors sharing how Justice Sinclair’s teachings have enriched their individual understanding of “why am I here?”

This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome to join us in celebrating Mazina Giizhik’s extraordinary life and contributions, while engaging in meaningful conversations about reconciliation and justice.
Parking:
The Clarke Theatre invites our guests to use any of the non-reserved parking at the front of the building. Parking at the theatre is free of charge. Those with UFV parking permits are eligible to park in the university campus lot.
