Join Marcella one of our wonderful Naturopaths for an educational and practical morning at the Hobart Botanic Gardens, where you'll explore how everyday herbs, the ones you likely already have at home - can become your own herbal dispensary.

This one-hour session is designed to help you feel confident turning common culinary, herbs and backyard plants into simple, effective remedies to support your health and wellbeing.

Together, we'll explore and share:

🌿 How to use them safely and effectively in everyday life

🌿 Simple preparations, infusions, food as medicine tips, simple tonics and compresses?

Whether you're just starting out or wanting to deepen your knowledge, this is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with the plants around you and learn how to work with them in a practical medicinal way.

No prior plant knowledge required, just bring comfortable weather appropriate clothes, water, any personal Medic*tion and any personal first aid.
