With a reputation already for creating and staging opportunities for original artists Garageland is raising the bar again - this series of 12 dates will see 36 artists take the stage in Fibbers in Dublin throughout 2024. Strictly over 18's Record Labels you have been warned!
Bursting out of the seams of Belfast comes Somehow Sentient. Their primary mission? To create a party wherever they go. Mixing Punk Reggae Ska Rock Funk Blues or any riff that will make you jump bop and move to the beat they are renowned for their live show.
In only their short time together they have been referred to as 'The Clash meets Greenday meets James Brown all having a jam in an acid house party'. With the inclusion of Sax to their line up a lot of folks have said they sound new wave although others have said it sounds like an interlude in a Lethal Weapon film.
With international support slots several festival appearances under their belt an Irish Tour and a much anticipated 2nd EP being released very soon (produced by Neal Calderwood Left Side Brain General Fiasco Jody has a Hitlist) this is a band on the rise and well worth checking out.
