Galentine’s Flow & Glow is a thoughtfully curated morning designed for busy moms who need space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and enjoy a little pampering in a calm, welcoming environment. Here;s what to expect:

Flow & Breathwork

We’ll begin with a gentle, pelvic-floor-supportive movement flow designed for all levels. This grounding session blends mobility, stability, breath, and core awareness—perfect for moms who want to move in a way that feels nourishing rather than depleting.

After movement, you will be guided through a calming meditation and mini acupuncture treatment to help settle the nervous system, release stress, and leave you feeling centered and supported.

Following the flow and breathwork, enjoy time to explore our interactive Glow Stations, created to help you relax, restore, and feel cared for:

• Glow Bar with Glow Getters
A fun, feel-good station designed to help you look refreshed and radiant—inside and out.

This evening is about connection, community, and care—without pressure, performance, or expectations. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
