The Executive Office of Mayor Muriel Bowser (EOM) invites all prospective grant applicants to the Pre-Bidder’s Conference for the FY27 Access to Jobs Grant. Topics will include grant eligibility, application guidelines, budget preparation, and compliance requirements. Engage with EOM staff in a Q&A session for valuable insights on the application process. We look forward to your participation!

Access to Jobs Grant Priorities
- Grant applications for businesses or nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status;
- Connect returning citizens to subsidized employment opportunities;
- Build workplace skills, work experience, and career advancement opportunities for returning citizens;
- Create workplace flexibility that consider the unique needs and challenges that returning citizens face in the workplace; and
- Offer short-term, subsidized positions within organizations that could feasibly be extended into long-term, unsubsidized employment.
