Future Ghost Seminar

We will cover three learning outcomes of the Future Ghost Program:

Foster an awareness of death as a pervasive and dynamic phenomenon.

Explore the relationship between death and uncertainty and mystery.

Balance familiar ideas of truth and understanding with the contemplation of uncertainty and mystery.

Materials: Please bring a notebook and your favorite pen.

Your presenter is Dr. Martin Whiteshield, a psychology professor of 30 years and the author of “Future Ghost.” Martin has held academic appointments in the United States and Belgium; as a writer, he participates in the Saints and Sinners LGBTQ+ Literary Festival, New Orleans.
