PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS:

Dr. Carson Judkins is a dedicated pelvic health physical therapist and pelvic health sexuality counselor, specializing in holistic, comprehensive care. With advanced training in the psychosocial components of pain, a strong belief in the mind-body connection, and a deep understanding that nervous system regulation is the foundation for improved health, Carson empowers her patients toward better health and overall well-being. She has taught meditation and yoga classes and has developed and hosted self-care courses in New York City. With a background in pilates, weight lifting, and marathon running, Carson uses her expertise to help clients achieve all of their movement goals and feel their best.

Dr. Eliza Etter’s goal is to provide the best individualized treatment for each patient to improve their quality of life. She strives to create a welcoming and safe environment to help patients feel comfortable sharing information and to maximize treatment effectiveness. Eliza developed her passion for treating pelvic health dysfunction during her clinical rotations—with patient populations ranging from infants to geriatrics—when it became clear there is a great need for treatment and education about pelvic health conditions that can significantly impact one’s quality of life. Eliza loves sharing her knowledge with medical colleagues and the community to help educate them about pelvic health conditions and to normalize many of these infrequently discussed topics.

Dr. Mary Bogle is passionate about promoting efficient movement, good health and robust exercise across every age level. She is also very passionate about working with children who have coordination and movement issues. After a career in theater, dance, and childhood education, Mary went back to school to study physical therapy. Now, Mary has extensive training and experience with athletes and children, and in pelvic floor health. She became interested in pelvic floor health after realizing that it was needed as an integral component of treating the entire body. Currently she also works with children as a physical therapist for the Department of Education.
