About this Event
In this workshop, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Clinical Herbalist and Board Certified Health Coach, and HHC Practitioner, Ashley Lathrop, will discuss ways to supplement our diets with herbs, vitamins and other compounds. People’s Place offers free supplements to the public, and workshop participants will go home with some of the herbal supplements and vitamins that are discussed in the course.
Ashley Lathrop is a Clinical Herbalist, Functional Medicine Practitioner and Board Certified Health Coach. Ashley enjoys her remote work with the medical team at Amari Health in Scarsdale NY and loves supporting people “in person” through her company Dreamkeeper Botanicals.
