Fun and relaxed workshop at Partenope081, Berlin’s go-to spot for authentic Neapolitan pizza.
This isn’t just a demonstration, it’s a hands-on experience where you’ll be involved in every step. And the best part: we’ll focus on techniques you can actually recreate at home with a standard electric oven, so you can host your own pizza night for friends and family.
Whether you come with a partner, a friend, or solo, the vibe is social and easy with a few playful activities along the way to keep it light and help everyone connect.
You’ll learn how to:
- Understand the history of pizza and the difference between flour types
- Master hydration and fermentation for a soft, airy crust
- Mix and knead dough by hand – no mixer needed
- Stretch and shape your own pizza like a pro
- Balance toppings for authentic Italian flavor
- Bake at home using a standard electric oven
And of course… you’ll eat your own creation fresh from the oven! 😋
