If 2026 is the year you’re ready to elevate your yoga practice, our free info session is here to guide you through our comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher training starting in May 2026.
Our program seamlessly blends modern movement science with the timeless teachings of Yoga and Buddhism for a practice that fits today’s world. We focus on both precise movement education and mindfulness meditation to nurture both body and mind.
The training unfolds in 4 modules and combines in-person weekends in Berlin with an online learning platform, including video materials and live calls. In addition, the training includes regular weekly masterclasses throughout the training, which take place in person in Berlin or online, supporting ongoing embodied practice and continuity.
Katya and Rijk, lead teachers of the Dynamic Mindfulness School in Berlin, will lead a short signature Dynamic Mindfulness class and provide insights into what awaits you on this transformative journey.
