We will explore how to give and receive physical touch in an intuitive and sensitive way from a place of connection to our center and source. Inspired by Cranio-Sacral Therapy we will support each other into a state of surrender and letting go, being held with loving presence in a super safe container.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy, its techniques and sensitive approach is a powerful tool to invite the human nervous system to slow, relax and and self-regulate, allowing to body to drop into a deep state of nourishing, grounding and re-balancing.
The Medicine of ceremonial Raw Cacao with a mico dose of Amanita Muscaria is very supportive and refining our senses and sensitivity as well as grounding and becoming fully present in this moment.
It is totally possibly and welcome to join also without consuming anything, or just the cacao. As we invite the spirits of the Mama Cacao and the king of the forest, the effect may still be felt.
