About this Event
Experience a grounding and restorative Full Snow Moon Ceremony in a supportive, welcoming space. We begin with a guided grounding meditation and gentle movement to help you feel at ease in your body and reconnect with yourself. This gathering is open to anyone. No prior experience required. Spaces are limited for an intimate experience. Together, we reflect through guided journaling prompts designed to release negative thoughts and emotional, mental, and physical blockages. With tea in hand, we share in a brave and compassionate circle, letting go of what no longer serves us, and fostering connection, relief, and support. Tarot cards are available as a tool for inward insight. To honor the Full Moon, our written releases are burned, symbolizing the release of stagnant energy and the invitation of positivity and abundance. Participants leave feeling calmer, lighter, supported, and more aligned with their path ahead.
