A Community Gathering for Mind, Body & Heart
Join us on Sunday, February 1st at 6:30 PM for an evening of connection, presence, and community at Beyond Yoga as we gather for Sacred Sunday, a monthly wellness series centered on balance, care, and collective growth.
Balance & Bloom – The Art of Inner Harmony brings together three wellness practitioners for a panel-style conversation, hosted by the Beyond Yoga store manager, exploring how to begin a wellness practice, nourish it with intention, and sustain it over time in a way that feels grounded and authentic to your daily life.
The evening will open with a short grounding meditation to gently settle the nervous system and create a shared sense of presence. Guests will then be guided through a warm, thoughtful discussion on mindfulness, creative expression, and energy alignment.
To close, we’ll open the space for a live Q&A, inviting you to bring your curiosity, reflections, and questions into the circle.
