HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) – A power-packed session designed to push your speed, strength, and endurance to the max. Compete with yourself, chase personal records, and push past your limits.

Sweat Class – A full-body, heart-racing workout that blends cardio and functional movement for an intense calorie burn. It’s about grit, resilience, and giving it your all!
