This Full Moon Yoga Gathering is a calm, supportive space to regulate and balance that energy together, so you can move through the rest of the lunar cycle feeling more grounded, steady, and well.
Rather than pushing or releasing too much, this session focuses on settling the nervous system, reconnecting to the body, and restoring a sense of calm.
