About this Event
Join Senseful Wellness for an evening of body inclusive Full Moon yoga in the park.
We will talk about the astrology associated with the Libra Full Moon and lead you in a gentle yoga flow. Bringing a journal for reflection writing is encouraged but not required.
All Bodies Welcome. (Our team has 14 years of Physical Threapy experience thus well versed in accomodaing for all.)
Mats and props available for use!
Donation not required but if you feel called to donate but are unsure of a normal range a Suggested donation amount would be between $10 -$20.
Helpful Idenitfication: We will be set up in the grass by the bridge with a pink sign that says Senseful Wellness!
