Join us for a nourishing evening of movement, stillness, and deep release; a chance to slow down, turn inward, and let the full moon hold you as you unwind.
We begin with a grounding moon flow yoga practice led by Goldie: a mindful, embodied movement journey designed to help you reconnect with the body, deepen the breath, and gently settle the nervous system. From there, Laura guides you into an immersive sound ceremony; an invitation to soften, release, and surrender completely.
Together, these two practices weave into one powerful evening experience, blending mindful movement with restorative sound to help you pause, reflect, and let go under the full moon’s energy. Deeply relaxing for the body and quietening for the mind, it’s an opportunity to reset and create space for renewal.
We close with a short integration; tea, healthy snacks, and unhurried time to gently ground before you head back out into the moonlit night.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga and sound healing or returning to a familiar practice, you are warmly welcome exactly as you are. All levels, all bodies, all ages.

Please note
Sound baths are not recommended for those with epilepsy, anyone with a high sensitivity to sound, or during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you’d like to attend and have any concerns, please reach out to Laura before booking or speak with your doctor.
