This is a simple, intimate gathering for women, outside in nature, under the May Blue Moon. Small group, no pressure, no experience needed.

🌬️ Breathwork: release what's been held, create space inside
🌀 Movement & embodiment: drop out of the head, back into the body, reconnect with your energy and sensuality
🍃 Letting go: release what no longer serves you
🤝 Paired connection exercise: a gentle moment of presence with another woman
🌸 Sharing & closing circle: come back together before closing
