Join Yoga In Beautiful Places for a transformative evening at Sunset Cliffs, a serene gathering of sunset yoga, meditation, sound healing, Full Moon reflection, and community connection designed to help you release, realign, and reconnect.

As the sun dips toward the horizon, begin your evening with a grounding, gentle flow of Moon Salutations at sunset. Flow with intention, connect to your breath, and release tension as the sky shifts through warm hues and the ocean breeze carries you into presence.

After your practice, settle in for a guided Full Moon meditation. You’ll be invited to reflect on what you wish to release, identify what’s no longer serving you, and set intentions for what you want to welcome in. The Full Moon’s illumination helps reveal hidden emotions and patterns, allowing you to let go with clarity and step forward with confidence, purpose, and trust in yourself.

Once your mind and heart are open, surrender fully into a sound bath in nature. Let the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls wash over you, bringing deep relaxation and emotional restoration. Feel the gentle rhythm of the ocean harmonize with the sound vibrations as you reach deeper states of calm, balance, and inner peace.

End the evening with a moonlit social hour, a time to connect, share, and celebrate with like-minded souls. Bring snacks and drinks to enjoy as you bask in the moonlight and ocean breeze.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat and towel for underneath your mat (optional, the cliffs can get dusty)
• Blankets, pillows, or bolsters (anything to help you feel comfortable on the earth)
• Layers of clothing — it can get chilly as the sun sets
• Eye pillow or mask for relaxation
• Water
• Snacks or drinks for the social gathering
• An open heart and willingness to release
  

All levels are welcome. Come as you are - leave lighter, aligned, and glowing with Full Moon energy.

We’ll be right beside the Inn at Sunset Cliffs and the Natural Park sign at the north end of Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. This is the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Blvd and Adair St.
