I will work with you to help guide you through your chakras to unravel lifelong patterns stored in your body. You may experience tingling, emotional releases, goosebumps, and energy surges as the original traumas slowly let go on a deep level.

Sum Faht is a form of meditation and energy work in which we activate the divine energies of the heart.
