Come join us at Restoration Plaza for an event focused on learning about nutrition and its impact on our health and healing journey. Our speakers will share valuable insights on how to fuel your body with the right foods to promote overall well-being. You can also participate in a live cooking demonstration and go home with your own prepared food. At this event, you will:
- Learn information from a clinical dietician
- Hear from community members about how nutrition has impacted their health
- Participate in a cooking demonstration and take your dish home
- Meet with local vendors providing resources on nutrition and food availability
The first 40 registrants will receive $25 dollars worth of Health Bucks that can be used at The Campaign Against Hunger's Fresh Vibes Food E-Market which will be present at the event!
