Join us for the launch of The WELL Circle, a monthly gathering curated by The Release Program, designed to help women pause, reflect, and reconnect through community and collective care.
Rooted in The WELL System™ (Weaving Emotional Living & Liberation), this experience offers women a necessary space to explore their emotions, restore balance, and learn practical tools to live emotionally well. Together, we’ll practice slowing down, sharing stories, and nurturing sustainable rhythms of wellness that support both personal growth and communal healing.
Each month’s circle will center around a guiding theme — from naming what we need to nourishing what matters most.
Whether you’re navigating leadership, entrepreneurship, or simply seeking more grounding in your life, this space invites you to come as you are and leave a little lighter, more seen, and more whole.
