About The Event

The world of work is being reshaped in real time. AI, evolving job markets, shifting inclusion narratives and changing expectations mean traditional career paths are no longer the default or the destination. For many, work is no longer the centre of identity, but one part of a broader, evolving future.

Our Regional Director for HR, EMEAI, will share insights from leading organisational transformation and redesign, exploring how you can move beyond inclusion, create strategic impact and position themselves for long term growth. A conversation about clarity, agency and designing your career with purpose in a constantly evolving environment.

This panel conversation explores what accelerating growth means in this moment not as speed or hustle, but as clarity, leverage and choice. Drawing on global experience across culture, inclusion, employee experience and talent, the session will examine how Black professionals can move beyond inclusion as an end goal, build influence and optionality, and shift from proving value to intentionally positioning themselves for long term growth.

This is a future focused conversation about maturity, agency and designing growth that works in a constantly changing ecosystem within organisations, beyond them and across what comes next.

Join us to rethink growth on your own terms, expand your strategic positioning, and leave with practical insight on how to build influence, optionality and long-term leverage in today’s evolving world of work.
