Join Gaia and Juan for a unique 2-hour immersion that blends the grounding practice of Somatic Yoga with the refined art of a Colombian Coffee Ceremony. This is not just a tasting; it is a meditation on flavor, scent, and texture.

I. The Preparation: Sensory-Enhanced Yoga (75 min)

Before we taste, we must clear the vessel. Gaia will lead a gentle, somatic flow specifically designed to heighten the 5 senses and prepare the palate.

• Purification (Kriyas): We use specific breathing techniques to clear the nasal passages and awaken the olfactory system (sense of smell).
• Somatic Release: Gentle movement to release tension in the jaw, neck, and shoulders, opening the physical pathways for taste.
• Tactile Grounding: Connecting to the earth to down-regulate the nervous system into a state of "rest and receive."
• Sensory Meditation: A final stillness practice to sharpen your focus before the tasting begins.

II. The Ritual: Colombian Coffee Cupping (45 min)

Once the body is open and the mind is quiet, Juan will guide you through a professional coffee cupping experience.

• The Element: Connect with the raw earth element through the texture and aroma of unground and ground beans.
• The Bloom: Observe the visual ritual and rising steam as the water meets the bean.
• The Palette: Engage in a mindful tasting of distinct varietals. You will learn to identify subtle notes—from floral to earthy—using your heightened sense of taste and smell.

We are honored to feature Mountains & Coasts Specialty Coffee, a single-origin Colombian coffee grown at high elevation. These beans are ethically sourced, roasted with purpose, and hand-selected for their complex flavor profile. This is coffee meant to be savored, not rushed.
