This workshop is designed to help you break free from unhelpful emotional and behavioral patterns related to eating and build healthier habits within a supportive community.

- Learn practical methods for tracking your eating habits and reflecting on your emotional triggers

By the end of the workshop, you will walk away with tools and strategies to be able to recognize when you're beginning to emotionally eat, enhance your emotional awareness, and learn healthier ways of coping and navigating uncomfortable emotions that arise in daily life.
Meet your Facilitator: Janelle has 18 years of experience in the field of mental health, serving individuals, couples, and families. As a Clinical Board Supervisor, she holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family therapy and her specialties include complex, relational and generational trauma, co-dependency, anxiety and other impulsive disorders rooted in trauma. Well-versed in multiple trauma-informed treatment modalities, she takes a person-centered approach. Janelle is a 9 year resident of North Carolina and enjoys live music, traveling, running, and yoga in her free time. She’s thrilled to be able to offer training on this topic to the Habitual Roots Community.
