About this Event

But behind the scenes, that often looks like low energy, recurring aches and pains, burnout, or a growing list of “random” symptoms that never quite get resolved. You may be doing everything right on paper, yet still not feeling your best.

When your body feels off, it impacts everything. Your energy, focus, motivation, confidence, and even how you connect with others and show up in your work. Over time, this disconnect can quietly limit both your well-being and your potential.

In this powerful and eye-opening session, Dr. Aissa McGuirl will break down how your lifestyle directly influences your nervous system, the system that drives how you feel, move, and function every day. You’ll begin to understand why burnout happens, why symptoms show up the way they do, and what your body actually needs to shift into a more resilient, energized state.

This experience is designed to be both educational and actionable. You’ll walk away with:

- a simple, effective movement routine you can implement daily to feel better in your body

- three foundational habits that support healing, energy, and resilience

- clarity on the connection between your body, your mind, and your performance

- answers to your specific questions during a live Q&A

This is your opportunity to reconnect with your body in a way that supports you, so you can continue to lead, perform, and live at a high level with more energy, confidence, and ease.
