This free virtual workshop is designed to enhance participants' skills in emotional intelligence and intercultural competence. Through a combination of theoretical insights and practical applications, participants will develop self-awareness and self-management and discuss intercultural competence in the context of the nonprofit sector.

By the end of the workshop, attendees will have actionable strategies to strengthen professional and community relationships while fostering inclusivity.
