Please join us for our bi-monthly breathwork session plus a Friendsgiving meal! This evening offers a space for collective release and relaxation, where we can drop out of our minds and into our hearts. Invite a friend, bring a loved one, or come just as you are. Let's breathe 🍁 together!

Breathwork can leave you feeling deeply grounded and centered, but it also stirs up hunger—especially since we encourage participants to fast for at least two hours beforehand.

After the session, we’ll share a gluten-free, high-fiber, high-protein meal with vegan options. Eating something nourishing and grounding is an important part of the practice, helping to stabilize your body and nervous system post-breathwork.

This anti-capitalist offering promotes collective wellness by prioritizing people and planet over profit. I am donating my time and facilitation, and all additional donations (beyond the $20 for food) will go to Ajooba Hasin through the 4th World Foundation, supporting families on the western Navajo Nation.

This breathwork is for those who:

• Are still reeling from the isolation of recent years and long for community
• Want a space to safely process emotions and find relief
• Feel deeply unsettled by systems upholding oppression
• Seek refuge in a radically inclusive environment focused on our shared humanity

$20 covers the cost of food. In addition, we suggest a minimum $5 donation to support Ajooba Hasin (through the 4th World Foundation), a Native-led initiative working from principles of kinship and generosity to assist families on the Navajo Nation. We recognize that Thanksgiving is a day of mourning for many Native peoples, and we aim to honor that through solidarity and reciprocity.

Contribution Tiers (Honor System):
Base $0-15:

• Struggling to meet basic needs or afford new items
• Unemployed or underemployed

More $30-50:

• Can meet basic needs but have limited expendable income
• Employed with some ability to buy new items or take occasional vacations

Most $60+:

• Comfortable meeting all needs with expendable income
• Able to take vacations and sponsor someone else’s participation

• Blanket and pillow (for under the knees)

• A judgment-free space where confidentiality, consent, and autonomy are prioritized
• An active breathwork practice using music, voice, and bodywork (with consent)
• Trauma-informed facilitation from a trained practitioner with years of experience
• A co-created experience where every session is unique based on the group’s intentions
