WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
- How to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants
- How to respond to choking emergencies
- How to properly use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- What to do in those first few minutes before EMS arrives
You won’t just watch — you’ll practice and build real confidence.

This workshop is for:

No medical background needed. No experience required.
