3 W A T E R ▽ R H Y T H M
Step into an evening of rhythm, presence, and connection through the sacred sound of the Calabash.
This third circle opens the journey with the element of Water — inviting us to slow down and surrender, trust into the flow of life and reconnect with our natural rhythm. Through energizing practices of drumming, movement, breath, and voice, we come back into presence and into connection with ourselves and each other. Drumming supports grounding, embodiment, and a strong sense of collective rhythm.
The Calabash is a traditional instrument from West Africa, made from a natural gourd and played close to the ground. Its deep, earthy sound reverbarates into our womb and the lower back, releasing tension and allowing creative flow.
This is not about musical experience or performance. It is a welcoming space for all women — a space to explore rhythm in a simple, accessible, and embodied way.
