DAY ONE: YOU
Rejuvenation. Recovery. Resistance!

We must recognize that radical self-love is not only a personal imperative but a revolutionary act. Our bodies, often marginalized and exploited, hold the power to defy societal norms and ignite change. By reclaiming agency over our bodies and loving them fiercely in ways previously deemed taboo, we spark a rebellion against oppressive systems. To truly embody the ethos of love and solidarity towards our neighbors, we must first extend that compassion inward. Amidst the chaos, nurturing our bodies and spirits becomes paramount. Rest and rejuvenation serve as the bedrock upon which our movement is built.

Join us in embracing ancient practices like yoga, revolutionary CircleSinging, and deeply moved meditation during our immersive sound bath sessions. These moments of introspection deepen our connection with ourselves and with each other, fostering a sense of unity and resilience.

Our plenaries delve into the transformative power of rest, pleasure, and healing within the context of justice movements. Complementing these discussions are healing workshops facilitated by local practitioners, offering practical tools for self-care and collective healing. Together, let us boldly reclaim our right to rest, defy societal expectations, and ignite a revolution of love, beginning with the radical act of nurturing ourselves

DAY TWO: MOVE
Activate. Revolt. Rise up!

As the ominous shadow of fascism grows, a plethora of urgent issues—antiracism, voting rights, labor rights, reproductive freedom—demand our immediate attention. The oppressive systems attempt to ensnare us in inaction, convincing us that our differences and identities render us incapable of unified movement. But we defy their grip. Join us as we come together to illuminate the interconnectedness of our struggles in our plenaries, where seasoned activists and scholars will guide us through the web of injustice. Dive deeper into specific causes in our workshops, led by subject-matter experts who will arm us with the tools and knowledge needed to effect real change. Engage intimately with grassroots organization leaders during our lunch-and-learn sessions, where candid conversations will foster connection and inspire collective action. And as the sun sets, immerse yourself in the Freedom Rising Art Exhibit, showcasing the works of artists who epitomize the power of movement and resistance through their revolutionary art. Leave this gathering not just with enhanced policy knowledge and organizing skills, but with a renewed sense of purpose and determination, ready to rise up and enact change in your communities.

DAY THREE: THE WORLD
Envision. Equip. Repair!

This is an emergency, family!

Our democracy is in crisis. What happens to our nation this November will impact generations to come. What will we do? How will we engage? How will we prepare ourselves for this moment, organize—even across differences—for a more perfect union, and stay inspired all along the way?

This is what we must do: Learn tools and tactics; share stories of how best to navigate these times because we have been here before; and not lose hope. Because the moral arc of the universe is LONG and it bends toward justice. How do we know? We bend the arc, together. And never forget: You. Move. The World.
