About this Event
Shame is often a silent, hidden burden - one many people carry quietly and accept as part of everyday life. It can shape how we see ourselves, influence our decisions, and limit how fully we live.
For some, shame develops from experiences inflicted by others. For others, it stems from personal choices, mistakes, or unresolved self-blame. Many people come to believe that shame is something they must simply live with. Fear of being seen or exposed can lead to hiding, overcompensating, or withdrawing from others.
But freedom from shame is possible.
Freedom from Shame is a reflective and empowering talk that offers practical tools, restorative insights, and a compassionate framework for understanding and releasing shame. Drawing on lived experience and faith-based wisdom, this talk creates space for honesty, healing, and personal growth in an inclusive way.
