Join Heartfulness UK at the iconic Riverside Studios and experience the benefits of Heartfulness Meditation & Yoga.
Yoga4Unity, an initiative started by Heartfulness Institute, brings yoga teachers from all over the globe together to share their collective love for yoga; to highlight the health benefits of yoga; and to inspire others to adopt yoga practices into their daily routines.
Yoga4Unity is an opportunity to introduce people across the globe to the benefits of consistent yoga and meditation practice. Our session focuses on three main areas:
- Heartfulness Yoga: connecting with your body, mind, and soul
- Heartfulness Meditation: Strengthening mental wellness and inner peace
- Leader Learnings: Adding yoga and meditation to your daily routine
