Who should join?
Anyone and everyone, ages 0 to 100+. This group is for all. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, parent or guardian at all times.

Jayshree Goti is one of our own Heart Comonos amazing Seniors! She will be leading these weekly walks and communicate the details of each walk via WhatsApp. Email us at [email protected] to join the WhatsApp group for updates and photos from the walk!
How this group works
Every Tuesday Thursday, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. we will meet at a different start location in the Mississauga/ GTA area to walk.
Locations are announced here on eventbrite and will be sent through the group's WhatsApp.
If you're available to join us that week, register here on eventbrite with your email. Check this page to find out the meetup point, or email Jayshree to find out the location & join the WhatsApp group.
Registration for each week's walk closes before the event. But not to worry...if you miss the deadline to register you can email Jayshree directly [ shahgoti @ gmail.com ] to ask for that week's meet up point / details, and to join.

January 8, 2026 - This Thursday's walk is at Etobicoke Creek Trail (North). Park at the Tim's and enjoy the trail together!
December 18 - Brueckner Rhodendron Gardens (660 Lakeshore Rd W). Meet at the at 10AM and join us for some fresh air!
December 16 - Mississauga Valley Community Centre, 10AM (1275 Mississauga Valley Blvd). Meet at the main entrance.
December 11 - Etobicoke Creek Trail, 10AM. Park near 1679 Sherway Drive, then join the group to walk across the bridge together!
December 9 - Riverwood Conservancy. Meet at the upper parking lot at 10AM.
November 20 - Lake Aquitaine, 10AM. Park at Meadowvale Community Ctr. Meet by Reception near Basketball courts.
November 18 - This Tuesday's walk will be at Lake Wabukayne, 10AM. Park on Intake Ct.
November 11 - This Tuesday's walk will be at Applewood Trail.
November 6 - Waterfront Trail (Lake Promenade and 23rd St) at 10:00 a.m.
November 4 - Etobicoke Creek Trail, 10:00 a.m.
October 30 - Great Lakes Waterfront Trail (Lake Promenade and 23rd St),10:00 a.m.
October 28 - Etobicoke Creek Trail, 10:00 a.m. We'll hike the other side of the creek.
October 23 - Meet at Etobicoke Creek trail, 10:00 a.m.
October 16 - This week's walking is happening at Centennial Park.
October 9 - Meet at Lake Wabukayne, 2612 Inlake Ct, Mississauga at 10:00 a.m.
September 30 - Meet at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Oakville at 10:00 a.m.
September 9 - Erindale Park. Meet at 10:15 a.m. at the Erindale Park parking lot near the washrooms.
September 2 - Centennial Park, 10:15 a.m.
August 19 - Rivergrove North Trail.
August 12 - Walk will start at Adamson Estate, 850 Enola Ave, [Mississauga, ON L5G 4B2] at 10 a.m.
August 5 - Walk at J.C. Saddington Park.
July 22 - Walk and picnic in Gairloch Gardens, Oakville [1308 Lakeshore Rd East. ].
July 15 - Meet and park at the upper parking lot of Riverwood Conservancy by 10 a.m. We will walk along the Riverwood trails.
July 10 - Walk at Jack Darling Park through Rattray Marsh.
June 24 - Meet and park at J. C. Saddington Park by 10 a.m. We will walk along Port Credit.
June 10 - Sawmill Valley and Burhamthorpe. Please park on Grosvenor Pl.
June 3 - Meeting point at the Rivergrove Community Centre at 10 a.m. This week's walk will be at Rivergrove Park.
May 27 - Meeting point at the Tim Hortons parking lot on Eglinton and Rakely Ct. We will walk North of Centinial Park. . We will meet at the North Parking Lot [ 4300 Riverwood Park Lane. Mississauga, ON, L5C 2S7 ] at 10 a.m.
May 20 - This week, our Walking Group will explore the trails in Riverwood Conservancy. We will meet at the North Parking Lot [ 4300 Riverwood Park Lane. Mississauga, ON, L5C 2S7 ] at 10 a.m.
