Ever wanted to try out swing dancing and never had an excuse?Then tonight is your night.
Because tonight we are giving you the chance to get a taster of not just ONE swing dance, but FOUR!!! Four of the most popular swing dances out there. It's a veritable swing smorgasbord!
That's four great reasons to try out swing dancing. And the fifth great reason is that these taster classes are ABSOLUTELY FREE!
This won't just be a taster, this will be a SMORGASBORD of delicious swing flavours.
It's going to be an epic night where you get to experience swing dancing like you've never done before, and learn all about what swing dancers get up to.
We'll be starting the night off at 7:30pm with the exuberance of line dancing, swing style! Get in lines and do your bootscootin' to vintage jazz!
The temperature will rise at 8pm with the biggest and best vintage dance from the 20s, Lindy Hop! Followed at 8:30pm by the pure excitement that is Air Steps (don't worry, we'll keep it small!)
Finally, we'll get up close and personal with the small subtle partner connection of Balboa.
From 9:30pm you can stick around to mingle and dance.
We'll be in the main hall of the beautiful art deco Mount Lawley Bowling Club.
