About this Event
Yogis, we are outside to go inside. We bring this offering to our community to continue our practice of reverence for the Asana and to our own craft. We are a Black-led, Asana/Pranayama focused, all bodies inclusive class with attention on spinal/personal body alignment, empowered breath & reverence building practice.
We resepct the traditions and teachers of Yoga, all of the Yogis that are within our lineage and we honor them by sending gratitude every class via our Surya Namaskar, adding in Mantra's & Mudra's to weave together our devoting practices.
This is an all levels class. We will have Yoga blocks and 100% encourage the usage of them. Flexibility is not a requirement to practice yoga. Touching your toes is not a requirement by any means, we have adjustments and good-feeling postures for everyone to feel safe and welcome in their own respected bodies.
