Join us for a special FREE 30 minute version of our Stretch and Mobility Class!
Stretching and Mobility are two of the most important factors for living a healthy lifestyle and too often, we neglect those post-workout or post-work day recovery sessions. We need mobility everyday for purposeful and fluid movements, balance, coordination, and even strength! This class will bring you through various stretches and mobility exercises to help release any stress and tension built up throughout the week. You will be presented with various exercises and techniques to help lengthen your muscles and prepare you for that next workout or adventure. During this class, you can expect to perform functional movements and slow and steady stretches. Some of the tools we can use would include foam rollers, yoga blocks/straps, tennis balls and more! Bring your water bottle and a mat if you have one. This class will involve seated, kneeling, standing and lying on your back positions. This class is all about helping you feel better and be healthier.
