November Invest Success Property Tour & ARV/Rehab Estimation Class

On the last Saturday of each month, we tour two houses with our students. We go over how to establish a Scope of Work, the Rehab Costs, and the After Repair Value (ARV). Some of the items covered are:

• Roofs
• Electrical Systems
• Plumbing
• Structural Issues
• Kitchen/Bath Remodels
• What level of upgrades would the neighborhood support
• Whether to remove walls to open up spaces, add baths and/or bedrooms.

After each house, we use the Invest Success Deal/No Deal Calculator to determine whether the project is a deal.
