Free Sound Meditation at the ICA San José

Updated Schedule! Instead of our regular yoga class on April 23rd, we’ll be hosting a sound meditation session with Parul Makharia of Connect & Awaken. Space is limited.

The ICA San José is thrilled to partner with Downtown Yoga Shala for another series of free yoga classes at the ICA! Join us monthly in the ICA main gallery for a 1-hour long yoga class surrounded by the our rotating exhibitions.

RSVPs are encouraged, but walk ins are welcome. Bringing mats and blankets is encouraged, but a limited number will be avaiable on site.
