About this Event
Join us at Neilson Park Creative Centre (NPCC) for a screening of Who the #$&% Is Jackson Pollock?, a fascinating documentary that explores the unpredictable world of art, value, and discovery.
This compelling true story follows Teri Horton, a retired truck driver who unknowingly purchases a painting at a thrift store — only to discover it may be a lost masterpiece by legendary abstract expressionist Jackson Pollock. What unfolds is an entertaining and thought-provoking journey through the art market, authenticity debates, and the surprising forces that shape cultural value.
Please try to arrive early to allow time to get settled and purchase snacks or drinks, which will be available for purchase. After the screening, guests are welcome to stay for an optional open discussion to share reflections and reactions.
