Free Pilates Pop up

I’m hosting a recurring Pilates pop-up every Monday morning at City O' City.

I’m currently a Pilates instructor in training and a fitness professional who’s been in the game since 2017. As part of my certification, I’m completing practice teaching hours and thought, what better way than offering free classes to the community?

Join me for a 1-hour Pilates flow. All you need is a mat, water, and your beautiful self.

Every Monday from 8:30–9:30am at City O’ City. Stick around after for a coffee and/or brekky… or don’t—but definitely come through and bring a friend.
