Join Heart Comonos every Wednesday morning for our FREE mindset & mobility training, suitable for adults and seniors.
This one-hour class blends functional movement, bodyweight training, and therapeutic yoga in an accessible way designed for midlife and mature adults. Each session also incorporates simple mindset practices to help participants build confidence and create a positive relationship with movement.
Participants will have the opportunity to build strength and restore mobility while learning to move with greater ease and confidence. The class provides a supportive, low-pressure environment that helps reduce stiffness, ease old injuries, and rebuild trust in the body to make movement something to look forward to again.
All classes are beginner- friendly. Any equipment that is needed will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water as needed. Come as you are - all abilities welcome!
Please arrive 15 minutes early for each class as all classes will begin on time.

About Our Instructor, Natalie
Natalie Marnica is a holistic movement coach, yoga therapist, and E-RYT 500 teacher with over 15 years of experience. She empowers adults through private coaching and group programs that combine functional strength, therapeutic yoga, Chair Yoga & Mobility, and even Steel Mace training. Known for her accessible and supportive approach, her mission is to help people build strength, restore confidence, and create a healthier, more vibrant life at any age.
