If you're feeling anxious and your only tool to combat anxiety is doom-scrolling, the meandering journal is perfect for you. In this workshop you'll have a chance to calm your mind and emotions with a simple breathing exercise and a hands-on creative activity that doesn't require any creative skills! Come alone for a chance to breathe and play. You'll walk away with a tool you can use in your daily life to encourage call. Suitable for any skill level.
