Free Luncheon Lecture: Naomi Oreskes on Science, Power, and Public Trust
Join us on April 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM for a free luncheon lecture with Dr. Naomi Oreskes, Professor of the History of Science at Harvard University. Presented as part of the 2026 NYU Global Climate Change Film Festival, this timely event will feature her talk, From Jeffrey Epstein to Glyphosate: How Corporations and “Philanthropists” Have Corrupted Science and Undermined Public Trust. Moderated by Emil Flatø, Faculty Fellow in the History of Science at NYU Gallatin, the lecture will take place in the Dean’s Conference Room at the Tisch School of the Arts. Seating is limited, and advance registration is required.
