Make puppets and learn about climate change!
About this Event

In this workshop, Esther and her puppet, Bernie the Bee, will assist kids in creating bee, bat and butterfly puppets and will teach about how these creatures pollinate many of the fruits and vegetables we eat, and how important they are to maintaining healthy ecosystems. Materials will be provided, but kids are encouraged to bring recycled toilet paper and paper towel rolls for the base of the puppets, and any other recycled/upcycled materials such as colored paper, fabric scraps, beads, sequins, pipe cleaners etc. Esther will also encourage kids to name their puppets and give them voices. For ages 5+.

Join staff from the Battery Park City Library for a fun and exciting program about the Earth.

We will be learning about Climate Change Science.
