Move For Your Mind & Body – Open Week at The Bridge
Looking for a simple way to feel better and get back into a routine?
From 11–17th May, we’re opening our women-only gym for free as part of Open Week, giving you the chance to come in, and see what works for you.
There’s no pressure to commit. You can come in for 20 minutes or a full session, try something new, or just get a feel for the space.
The Bridge is a welcoming, supportive environment where many of our members say they feel more comfortable, more confident, and able to build a routine that works for them.
You’ll find a clean, well-equipped gym with high-quality cardio and strength equipment, friendly trainers if you’d like support, and a café downstairs for a post-workout coffee or smoothie.
And if you want to come back, we’re offering a great deal on membership until 24th May:
