About this Event
One of a series of free walks which take place at 2pm on the last Wednesday each month.
A mini-walk of just an hour starting and ending by Cannon Street station. Meet outside Pret opposite the station.
Livery companies, Swan Upping, maybe meet a disgruntled ghost, hear the true tale of Dick Whittington and also the connection between aeroplane engines and the medieval City.
N ote: I try to make my walks as inclusive and accessible as possible but sometimes architecture and geography are against us. This walk involves inclines, steps, abundant cobbles and narrow pavements often blocked by bollards.
