Free Breathwork and Mindfulness at Riverwalk Saunas in Downtown Chicago

If you are in the Chicago area, James and Jesse will be doing a free breathwork and meditation session at The Riverwalk Saunas at 8:30am Central time. This session will be about an hour long and will include mixed techniques that are designed to put a smile on your face as you start your day.

Come for the breathwork, stay for the sauna sessions! This is an amazing venue with Estonian saunas. They are very unique. James and I will be sticking around afterwards for some sauna and conversation. We hope you join us!

The session is free, but please register so we can get a feel for how many people will be coming.

Please bring a yoga mat and dress for an outdoor session. Check the weather before you arrive! ;)
