Foundations of arm balancing

This is a 2.5hr Yoga workshop where we will be breaking down the layers of some traditional and non traditional arm and band balancing.

The issue with most yoga classes within London is they just aren't long enough! When you think you've nailed something - its time to move on... is there really enough time to play in the postures? And what discipline do we have off the mat to teach ourselves?

Not only that, but alot of yoga classes are far too quick to even begin to understand or get your head around the principles of some of the more complex asanas.

Have you been wanting to balance on your hands but just can't get your head around it all?

Or have you been practicing for a while and looking to advance your variety?

• S ome of the postures we will look at will be:
• - Crow - Fingertip Crow - Crane
• - Tittihbasana - transition back to Crow
• - Pincha Mayurasana - to baby crow
• - Chinstand
• - Headstand - traditional and non traditional

This workshop is suitable for all, so please do come with an open mind.

The class will begin with some grounding where we will then move into flow - throughout the flow we will break down the postures and transitions.

All Equipment provided.

Community social afterwards. Tamara and Yonder are a beautiful space of connectivity offering climbing wall. cafe and even a little plant shop! After the event we will grab a coffee and chill - making it a great way to meet likeminded people and stay connected afterwards.
